JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Execute all areas of office administrative support and activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the department and across the organization.
- Manage procurement administrative tasks such as vendor research and selection process and requisition planning for a physical inventories of office supplies.
- Administer scheduled upkeep of office equipment / facilities on-site to assure an optimum availability and satisfactory functional at all times.
- Site-support (access thru phone call & message) at any time included weekend and Public Holiday.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time by the Management
REQUIREMENT:
- At least 2 years of working experience in any field is required for this position.
- Able to written & converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (optional).
- Confidential, meticulous and accuracy in work is required.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Can start work immediately is an added advantage.
- 5 Working days a week.
- Work day from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday (weekend allowance will be provided).
- Able to work on Public Holiday (allowance will be provided).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Executives.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personal activities. (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
- Coordinate HR projects (meeting, training, survey, etc.) and take minutes.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Communicate with public services when necessary.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate communication with candidate and schedule interviews.

- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
- Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies).
- Arrange all travel arrangements (accommodation, logistics, credit card and cash requirements, etc.) for the Superior trips abroad.
- Manage all matters related to Superior’s family (including weekend and Public Holiday if any) and home affair (house maids, house keeper and driver).

- Assist to prepare for the yearly tax submission and ensure tax returns are submitted on a timely basis.
- Assist in drafting financial policies for the group of companies.
- To communicate with all levels for daily related tasks.
- Perform any additional adhoc assignments as when required.
REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at east a Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma, Professional degree, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or in any field or equivalent.
- Those with accounting professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA / MICPA / ASCPA) Recognized by MIA or equivalent would be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of working experience in and field is required for this position.
- Must be have good interpersonal and communication Skills in English.
- Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
